Waste Classification Management Disposal
Waste classification based on material If cylinders are not returnable to vendor, collect in SAA, label appropriately, close valve completely, replace valve cap, and properly segregate from incompatible materials. Contact cylinder supplier/vendor to determine if the cylinder can be returned and return to supplier/vendor if possible. If returning is not an option, submit disposal request to REHS via fax or online at http://halflife.rutgers.edu/forms/hazwaste.php
