Waste Classification Management Disposal
Waste classification based on component materials of unit. Collect in appropriate container for number of units (box or drum). Label with 'Spent Light Ballasts' label and check as PCB or non-PCB. Use additional small yellow PCB label on all PCB ballast containers. Maintain in a secure area. Dispose of through Rutgers University approved vendor for used ballasts.
